At a garden consultation visit we assess the garden itself and discuss what is your vision for it.
We consider your particular requirements, how you will use use and maintain the garden
This is followed-up with a short report, including what soil type and pH level you have, how to enhance your garden and what plants will flourish there. We offer solutions suited to your budget.
Also included are plant lists with photographs, names, size and type of plant. You can use this with online suppliers and take with you to the garden centre - to avoid costly impulse buy mistakes.
All the plants are then presented as a Moodboard, showing how they look together.
We can also provide planting plans for your new borders.
Based the plant lists and after surveying the area, we can make detailed planting plans showing where to place the plants and how many to you will require.
We build in style choice, colour scheming, consider light, shade & height requirements, focal points and succession of interest throughout the year.

This offer covers the planning and design stages of a garden transformation, leaving you or your landscapers to do the building and planting.
After the garden consultation and a more in depth discussion of your preferences and requirements, we survey the garden and offer you two concept designs.
You then choose one of the concept designs and perhaps elements of each and we present a final design done to scale.
This will give you everything you need to build your garden yourself or by your chosen landscapers. It's a plan for your future garden.
We help you avoid costly and annoying mistakes about where to site garden features, paths, borders and planting and instead develop your garden with ease and confidence.

Full design and soft landscaping service
A full garden design and transformation has 3 stages -

- Designing
- Building
The planning stage includes getting to know you and your vision for your garden. It also includes understanding your garden, its drawbacks and potential.
All of the steps taken in the Survey and Design package are included here, leading onto building your new, transformed garden.
Timber structures such as trellis, raised beds and pergolas as well as the soft landscaping elements such as making new borders, improving the soil and planting will be done by us.
We have trusted contractors who will provide hard landscaping features such patios, walls and brick-built pergolas.
